What fits in a 3 m² unit
- fifteen to twenty boxes stacked to the ceiling,
- a bike, a pram, a set of tyres and seasonal kit (skis, a snowboard, a tent),
- the contents of a student room: desk, mattress, chair, boxes,
- garden and workshop tools, a lawnmower, a ladder,
- a company archive — several hundred ring binders or a few dozen archive boxes,
- suitcases and belongings during a long trip abroad, if you are leaving Szczecin for a season.
What will not fit: the furniture of an entire flat. For that you need unit M.
Who usually rents unit S
- People living in flats without a cellar — seasonal equipment stops blocking the balcony and hallway.
- Students — over the summer or between halls of residence. Self storage for students
- Small businesses and sole traders — document archives, spare packaging, promotional material. Document storage
- People mid-move who are left with one last load and need somewhere to put it for a month.
How the rental works
The minimum period is one month and the contract renews automatically; you cancel no later than 7 days before the end of a billing period. There is no deposit and no joining fee.
The price includes monitoring, on-site security and access control. Insurance of stored items is mandatory and billed separately — you choose the cover level when you rent, and cover starts from PLN 12 net/month. You close the unit with your own padlock and keep the only key.
If 3 m² turns out to be too little after the first month, you move up a size without ending your contract.
