Unit M takes a typical two-bedroom flat packed for transport:

• a sofa, a bed and mattress, a table and chairs, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe taken apart,
• a full set of white goods (fridge, washing machine, dishwasher) plus a television,
• twenty to thirty boxes of clothes, books and kitchenware,
• bikes, a pram and sports equipment pushed into the gaps,
• or, on the business side, twelve europallets, a shelving rack and a stock of packaging.
