What the facility is like
The site at Gdańska 14C holds units of 3, 6 and 12 m², all of them two metres high — so what counts is not only the floor but what you stack on top of it. Inside, each unit is dry and clean; this is not a converted garage or a cellar.
You close each unit with your own padlock: we do not hold a key to it. You enter the site with a personal access code, and the whole facility is covered by video monitoring, on-site security and access control. Insurance of stored items is mandatory and billed separately — you choose the cover level when you rent, and cover starts from PLN 12 net/month.
Cars and vans can pull up to your own unit, so unloading furniture or pallets does not mean carrying everything across the yard.

How the facility works
- Entry on a personal code — at any hour, with no appointment and no staff present.
- One month minimum, renewing automatically; cancel 7 days before the end of a billing period.
- No deposit and no joining fee.
- Change unit size during the rental, without a new contract.
- VAT invoice for businesses.
- Restrictions — no flammable or explosive materials, corrosive substances, food, plants or animals.
Getting here
The facility is on the eastern bank of the Oder, on Gdańska, the road that carries traffic out of the city centre towards Dąbie and the motorway to Gdańsk.
- From Szczecin city centre — across Trasa Zamkowa, avoiding the old town.
- From the right bank (Dąbie, Zdroje, Słoneczne) — straight along Gdańska, without queueing on the bridges.
- From the ring road and the Gdańsk motorway — take the Gdańska exit.
- From the German border (Kołbaskowo or Lubieszyn, roughly 20–30 km [niepotwierdzone]) — follow the ring road around the city and approach from the north-east; you cross the river once rather than driving through the centre.
- By van — you can drive right up to your unit.
