Business storage without a multi-year lease
Renting warehouse space in Szczecin usually means a few hundred square metres, a lease of several years, a deposit and separate bills for utilities and security. Unit L gives you the same effect at a smaller scale: a lockable space with 24/7 access, paid month to month, on a single VAT invoice for the unit, utilities and security. Insurance is mandatory and billed separately — from PLN 12 net/month.
Seasonal businesses shrink the unit off-season or add a second one at peak — with no penalties and no renegotiation. If you need several units, we will agree terms individually.
How the rental works
One month minimum, automatic renewal, cancellation 7 days before the end of a billing period. No deposit, no joining fee, no utility charges.
Included: video monitoring, on-site security and access control. Insurance of stored items is mandatory and billed separately — you choose the cover level when you rent, and cover starts from PLN 12 net/month. A VAT invoice is issued every month.
A van can pull up to the building, and 24/7 access means a delivery or a collection does not have to fit inside office hours.
